1. Need a Cisco-style console cable (those baby-blue RJ-45-Serial)

2. Need a USB-Serial adapter

3. Need a console software like Putty

4. install Putty, 

5. Launch Putty

6. choose "Serial"

7. Set Comm port in the address box

8. Settings are 115200, 8, N, 1, no flow control

9. default login & password is Admin/Admin
